We care a lot about something that in Elche is called "Good fit" which we understand as making sure that the shoe fits perfectly to your foot and allows you to wear it for hours confortably.
All shipments and returns are free of charge, with no minimum order amount.
Shipping terms and conditions:
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: Estimated shipping time is 1 to 3 working days.
Rest of territories: Estimated shipping time is 3 to 7 working days.
This delivery times are orientative: please consider that delivery is carried out by an external agency; for this reason, Liberitae cannot guarantee delivery times minor to 15 days.

Times and conditions of the returns:
You have 15 calendar days from receipt date to return the product to us. Returns are free of charge.
To do so, please use the return label included in the shipping box we send you. If no return label is provided, kindly write us at email@example.com and we will send you the return label.

Liberitae offers the possibility of returning your purchase within a maximum period of fifteen days (15) from the delivery date, as long as the products purchased are in the same state in which they were received, without having been used and with their original packaging. .
In the case of a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, the reference of the items to be returned and the reason for the change. Once we have received your information, we will contact you to tell you how to make the return.
Returns will have a cost of € 3.95 for the peninsula; € 5.95 for the Balearic Islands and Portugal; € 7.95 for Germany, France and Italy, € 12 for the rest of Europe, € 10 for the UK, USA and southern Canada, and € 20 for North Canada * and the US Overseas ** for sports which will be deducted from the final amount to be reimbursed except if it is an item with a defect, in which case the return will be free.
* Northern Canada comprises: Northwest Territory, Nunavut, and Yukon.
** EE.UU. Ultramar comprende: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands Armed Forces in America, Europe and the Pacific.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method used. Collections, if necessary, will be made at the same shipping address, in case you want to change it, please tell us at the time of requesting the return. Liberitae will make the Refund authorization between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the package, however the refund times will depend on the bank and the payment method that has been used.
